Good morning everyone! We have a busy day and week lined up. We are going to start off the day with the opener below. Then as a class we will organize some more folders in our 'Ag Earth Science' folders to make saving and sorting documents and assignments down the line a whole lot easier.
Monday
Period 4 1.1 and 1.2 Review
Period 6 1.1 and 1.2 Review
Period 8 1.1 and 1.2 Review

Wednesday
Good day to all. Congratulations to the volleyball team for picking up yet another win this season. Go Lady Stangs! Today is a fun filled day. To get started, I want you to go ahead and complete today's opener while I take some role. The Word of the Day today is topography. You may need it in your opener.
Opener for Wednesday 9/30
Now that you have completed the opener it is time to get started on the lesson for today. Please open up your Chapter 1.4 Representing the Earth's Surface notes that you already have saved in Ag Earth Science folder. Once you have done this and are ready to take some notes, let me know by standing up behind your chair. Let's see how many of us actually read all of these directions!
Please complete the daily review after we are done taking notes.
Daily Review
Understanding topography lines is hard to do. We will go outside and attempt to visualize and capture topographic lines in our landscape.
1.0 Study Guide Ch. 1.pages
If you haven't done so already, please copy the study guide and begin working on it. It will be due the day of the Ch. 1 test. In about a week or so.

Friday
Good morning everyone! I hope you are looking forward to the weekend. Today we are going to talk about Earth as a System. Just like your body has many functioning parts, so does the Earth, all working together to make it run smooth.
Tim and Moby on 'The Blue Planet'
For our opener today, we are going to watch a video. I will be introducing you to two of my favorite characters, Tim and Moby. They know just about everything there is to know about Earth Science.
As for our instruction and discussion, we will be going over sections 1.5 and 1.6 in class today.
